It’s Friday afternoon…

which sounds like an excellent time to bake to me.  Bean and I are working on mocha chewies and mini cheesecakes right now.  I think the chewies are headed to Sunday School with my dad on Sunday.

On the baking theme, what’s the difference between cupcakes and muffins?  I made some triple chocolate muffins last night that could pass as cupcakes any day.  Alas, they had to be triple chocolate because there was no pumpkin to be had.  I made up for it with a pumpkin pie blizzard today. Mmm…
