Tonight’s fun: Olympic Sculpture Park

These pictures are from tonight’s outing to Olympic Sculpture Park in downtown Seattle.  I have been wanting to go for a while now, and this seemed like the perfect opportunity.  Sher, Tricia, Justin, and I had a yummy dinner at Taco del Mar (their mojito sauce is great!) then braved the traffic into downtown.

It was well worth the braving.  Between the perfect weather (72 and sunny), the open places to walk, gorgeous views on all sides, and some of my favorite people in the world, it was a delightful way to spend a Friday evening.  The art wasn’t necessarily my style, but it was interesting and occassionally, fun to make fun of.  Here are a few pics to share the fun!

Sher and I reflected in one of my favorite pieces of art.

This piece of glass is super long and is laminated, so it’s really reflective.

Tricia and Justin sit in the red chairs to contemplate the art (that you should not touch).

  1. Hey Angela! Thought I would drop you a line and say I enjoy your blogs. I especially enjoyed the recent one on prayer. I hope all is well.
